Pneumatic Stirrer Agitator (air motor agitator) including pneumatic agitator mixer is mixing machine operated with air motor. Agitator is orated with pressure of air; this is reason it is also called air motor agitator. This agitator uses for the products which are flammable in nature and having chance of explosion while using induction motor. Air motor is having inlet and outlet connection of the air. User has to provide pre-determined air supply to inlet connection. With the pressure of the air stirrer will rotate on different RPM. Air pressure works as variable speed for the agitator RPM. More the air pressure will be, fast the agitator shaft will rotate and less the air pressure and slowly agitator shaft will rotate. All contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 316L, or FDA approved materials for cGMP compliance. Pneumatic mixer is widely uses in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and agriculture industry.
