V Blender R&D Lab Model

V Blender Lab Model (small V cone blender) including V shapes mixer designed for rapid blending and mixing operations at low speed. Rotary, tumble type blender with manholes for product loading, cylindrical “V” curves allow easy access to the internal areas for better cleaning. The tropical “V” shaped allows for higher shear of mixing without attrition and particle regeneration, leading to shorter Mixing/Blending time. Ideal for fragile granules and in formulation where fine percentages need to be highly controlled. Due to frugal and simple design these blenders are maintenance engineer’s delight. Unit can also be retrofitted with conical adapters with butterfly valve for clamping of IPC for dust free, easy loading and discharge. Salient Features of V Cone Blender

  • Capacity available in 1 liter, 2 liters, 3 liters, 5 liters and 10 liters.
  • The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
  • All contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 316 / 304 / MS quality material as per requirements.
  • Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. (One LH side & one RH side)
  • One shaft with 3 / 4 nos. of fixed baffles provided inside the cone.
  • All moving parts with suitable covers.
  • Safety guards provided with limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position. (optional)
  • Control Panel having three phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter. (optional)
  • The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
  • Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.
  • Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.
  • General structure made out of SS 304 and Polished to the matt/mirror finish (as required by you).

Working Principle of V Cone Blender

The V shape blenders have long two corner of product container for more rubbing and tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. It can perform homogenously dry mixing of free-flowing powders, granules requiring low shearing force, Mixing and Blending of particles with rapid intermixing of particles irrespective of varying specific gravities. The material is loaded into the double cone blender drum. The double blender is tumbling the material in the container and spread out. The mixing is achieved in 5 to 15 minutes with better homogeneity
